Steps:

Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, corn syrup, garlic powder, sesame seeds, salt and vegetable oil in a medium bowl. Marinade the chicken in the mix in the refrigerator for 2 hours.Prepare your outdoor grill.Prepare your marinated chicken into skewers. Alternate chicken with onions, mushrooms and green bell pepper.Boil the marinade for 10 minutes.Grill the chicken skewers for 15 minutes with frequent turning to prevent overcooking. While grilling, baste the chicken with the cooked marinade.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped1/3 cup sour cream1 large tomato, seeded and finely diced1 avocado, thinly sliced3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 cups store bought rotisserie chicken, skin removed and shredded8 corn tortillas

Steps:

Place the tortillas on a flat surface.Evenly distribute the chicken, tomato, avocado, and cheese on the tortillas.Sprinkle sour cream on each taco and garnish with chopped cilantro. You can also squeeze a little bit of lime if you desire.Serve immediately while tacos are still crunchy.
